APARTMENT'S DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic Florentine building WITHOUT ELEVATOR (52 steps). The central location is ideal for visiting the city on foot. It is in fact located 350 meters from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, the famous Ponte Vecchio and the prestigious Piazza Santa Croce with its Basilica.
Due to its structure and usable internal spaces it is particularly suitable for trips with family or friends. Comfortable and air-conditioned environments. The apartment is very large and spacious. There are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A very bright and large living area which leads to a 40 square meter terrace where you can enjoy precious moments of relaxation in the historic centre.
The apartment is also equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and fiber optic wi-fi in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with burner, oven and microwave. We can provide children's equipment such as a camping cot and high chair.
The apartment is right in the heart of the historic center. The Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce, the Duomo, are within 350/500 metres. They can be easily reached in 5 minutes on foot! The charming street in which the apartment is located is also renowned for its shops and typical restaurants. In the immediate vicinity we also find a supermarket, pharmacy, bus stops to travel to hilly areas such as Fiesole.

SUPPLIES
According to current Italian law, short-term and tourist rental apartments require only the supply of the initial linen, so everything else is the responsibility of the customer, such as toilet paper (only the initial supply), dishwasher and washing machine soaps, mineral water and more.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
The municipal tourist tax of 6,00 euros per night (for a maximum of 7 nights) for each guest over 12 years of age can only be collected in CASH ONLY at check-in. For Airbnb guests only, the tourist tax is collected directly by the booking platform.
LATE CHECK-IN
For requests for late check-in (after 18.30), an additional fee of 50.00 Euros in cash only will be required.
